Your bedroom is fully furnished and yours alone, never shared. One predictable payment includes utilities, high-speed Wi‑Fi, a smart TV and access to a furnished living room, full kitchen, and in-home washer and dryer. There are no separate utility deposits, furniture expenses or internet setup costs.
