These terms apply to your use of staycozyliving.com and to text messages you receive from Stay Cozy Living LLC (“Stay Cozy Living,” “we,” “us”). By using the website or signing up for our texts, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website to ask about a room or to sign up for our text messages.

Room listings and prices

We work to keep room descriptions, photos, prices and availability accurate, but they can change without notice, and a specific room may differ from the photos. A listing on this website is not an offer to rent. Your stay is governed only by the signed agreement between you and Stay Cozy Living, and nothing on this website changes that agreement.

Using this website

Please use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not send false or misleading information through our forms, send spam, try to interfere with the website, or copy its content or photos for commercial use without our permission.

Text messaging terms

• What we send, in two separate programs: (1) Inquiry texts: customer care replies to your questions, tour scheduling and reminders, and application and move-in updates. (2) Room availability texts: promotional messages about open rooms. Residents may also receive messages about their stay.
• How you sign up: by checking either text message box on our website form. The two boxes are separate, so agreeing to inquiry texts never signs you up for room availability texts. You can also text us and ask us to reply by text. You must be 18 or older to sign up. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of renting a room.
• How often: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you sign up again.
• For help: reply HELP, call 470-994-1965, or email info@staycozyliving.com.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We handle your phone number and consent as described in our Privacy Policy. We never share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties for their marketing.

Our website may link to other sites and services, such as rental listing sites and RentRedi. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

No warranties

The website is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be error free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Stay Cozy Living is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
